Go to you game library-Right click-"Lords Of The Fallen"-select properties-Choose the tab Local Files-and finally the option "Browse local content". There you have a "settings.ini" file which you open, change vsync from true to false, sve the .ini amd launch the game. Made all the difference for me. There are some other *.ini file to check out
